About Cascais Routes

Outdoor sport and adventure since 2014

We create nature and sport experiences in Cascais, for children, families and adults. We work every day between the beach and the mountains, with education and safety.

Seasonal work (summer)
Professional internship (IEFP)
Part-time or full-time

The ideal profile

Love for outdoor physical activity
Interest or experience in sport
Enjoys working with children and young people
Responsible, communicative and punctual
Speaks Portuguese and English
Energy and willingness to learn

A background in sports is valued, but not required.

What you will do

Support and lead outdoor activities
Work with children and young people
Ensure safety and positive group dynamics
Support the organisation of activities
Participate in internal training sessions

Conditions

Part-time or full-time schedule
5 days per week (including weekends)
2 days off per week

Join via professional internship (IEFP), employment contract or seasonal collaboration.
