Our Story

Cascais Routes was born from a deep connection with the ocean, the mountains and the outdoors. Growing up between the waves of Guincho and the trails of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park inspired us to create something more than an outdoor activity company.

Our mission has always been to inspire children, families and companies to reconnect with nature through authentic adventures, movement and shared experiences. Every activity we design reflects the places we call home and the lifestyle we believe in.

I believe that contact with nature, multidisciplinary in sports and the fact that the body is exposed to different states of vulnerability creates not only strong bodies but also healthy minds. My training and experience in sports allows me to train children and adults with a broader focus, always exploring new limits and developing skills to achieve the balance of mind and body. We can define the objective that you have in mind and create a plan that allows you to achieve the desired results through the activities that we carry out at Cascais Routes. I'm here to make sport a lot more fun and turn it into an experience that takes emotions to the best version of yourself.

Raised along the picturesque shores of Oeiras, Inês has always been drawn to the allure of new horizons. After studying Events Management, she seamlessly transitioned into roles such as Events Assistant, Tourism Manager, Travel Consultant and Office Manager. With each role she took on, she refined her skills in meticulous planning and thorough research, qualities that now come effortlessly in her day-to-day tasks. At Cascais Routes, Inês has found a natural fit. Here, she lends her expertise to support operations and refine our planning processes, ensuring every detail is meticulously attended to. Passionate and dedicated, she embodies the spirit of discovery that defines our team.

A day that feels like a week worth of living is an ideal day. For me, adventures are the key for this illusion so as Head of Sales and dedicated Sports Coach at Cascais Routes, I am able to provide and share this key with others.
I grew connected with nature and with the ocean in particular. The Portuguese coast transformed me into a scuba diver, spear fisherman, avid camper, and more recently an obsessed rock climber.
With a background in Economics and expertise in sales and digital marketing, I'm dedicated to sharing the thrill of exploration and the art of turning each day into a memorable adventure with as many people as possible.

Born and raised in Cascais, was blessed to grow up near an amazing beach called Guincho and near Sintra forest. Big passion for everything involving with Nature, for me a perfect day will always be to start in the water at sunrise and end up at the mountains or forest at sunset. To be able to travel and to explore new places, to see diferent cultures, meet diferent people it´s also what keeps me moving and dreaming. Looking forward to sharing some good times in or out the water with you trought all the Cascais Routes activities.

Since my first steps, nature has always been my companion. At the age of six, I was already carrying a backpack, eager to camp and explore. Scouts taught me to look at the world with respect and wonder. I decided to deepen my knowledge by studying Sport, immersing myself in the world of movement and nature. Climbing became a passion, where I found the confidence and dexterity to face life's various challenges. Now, in my final year at university, I'm concentrating on various nature sports that also apply to active tourism, a choice that reflects my determination for the future. More than just sporting activities, they are a way of life for me. I try to share the beauty and benefits that nature offers, in all its forms and modalities,
